For 5% of your order value, enjoy added protection and peace of mind. Bulkcrop.ca offers complete financial protection to our customers against all risks of physical shipment loss or damage, from any external cause.
Overview
Shipment Value Protection can be arranged on all Bulkcrop.ca orders by checking the box at checkout, it has a cost of 5% of the insured order value. These shipments are sent via Xpresspost Signature Required to guarantee no miss-deliveries.
Protection is effective from the time Bulkcrop.ca prepares your order for shipment until the time of delivery by the shipping provider. If you do not receive your shipment, it will be re-shipped to you at no additional charge.
For refund requests please including photos of all the items you have received.
Step 1
Take a photo of the packaging materials and the packages.
Step 2
Take a clear photo of the packing slip without any obstruction. If the photo sent is not legible, you may be asked to retake photos, so make sure we can read it the first time. We reserve the right to not process claims with no packing slip.
